pipes in deck tops for ropes.
Hi I am currently building foam sandwich boat what do you thinks is the better option pipes in decking or use pulleys on the front of center board case?

we have found that the when using the pipes the ropes come out below the timber comings on the case and can then run all the way back below the comings to cleats either mounted at the very back of the case or under the thwart. this keeps the case clear of ropes!! one less thing to trip over plus less pulleys that can break jam or tangle. it also leavs the top of the case free to run a vang or cunno
