Rigging 125 for first time
I have just purchased a 125. I have had some sailing experience - but have picked up the boat and realised I am out of my depth in understanding how it comes together... Is there a good instruction book/ YouTube etc that someone can recommend?
Thanks
Phil

Re: Rigging 125 for first time
Hi Phil
There is no book or vid that I am aware of....probably due to the fact that 125s are rigged differently as they can be set up quite differently from one another. What State are you in an /or yacht club? There are lots of helpful 125 people all over Australia.
What boat do you have also as people may also have knowledge of her...

Re: Rigging 125 for first time
Phil, I realise this is a very late reply. If you haven't already I suggest you visit one of the yacht clubs where 125s are sailed. Elwood, Chelsea and Williamstown are some I know of , though there will be 125s at many clubs around the bay. The clubs mentioned all race on Saturday afternoon. Sailors are usually very hapoy to talk about their boats and help others to get onto the water.
