tips on heavy wind sailing & light wind sailing
u'm looking at important tips how to sail in different types o winds which could include boat handling up to rigging?

Ok, I will start on what will become a long list:

1)Use less helm for maneuvering and you will maintain speed better.
2)When possible, sail straight lines (watch a GPS track and you will be amazed at the arching that goes on between marks when you think your sailing straight lines)
3)Under-sheeted sails are always quicker than over-sheeted sails.
